Spanish-language client, intake & administrative support
Native Spanish speaker and Venezuelan-trained lawyer with 8+ years of customer service experience. I help Spanish-speaking clients feel heard, understood and well cared for.
About me
I earned my law degree at Universidad de Falcón in Venezuela in 2012 and practiced independently in civil and commercial law, drafting contracts and legal documents such as purchase-and-sale agreements, ownership transfers and travel authorizations.
I also bring more than eight years of customer service experience in Costa Rica, at Sealed B J LLC and Claro Telecomunicaciones, handling customer requests, complaints and technical questions. Most recently I worked as a lead toddler teacher at RCMA in Florida.
Today I am looking for 100% remote, part-time work supporting law firms, legal intake teams and Spanish-speaking customers.
Authorized to practice law in Venezuela. I am not licensed to practice law in the United States and do not offer legal advice.
